Here’s an F -150 fender with a pretty good shot on it. There is clearly damage below the trim area, thus requiring removal for full access. Eliminating the crowns and reestablishing the curvature from top to bottom of the wheel well opening was a challenge. There was no damage to the paint so why repaint? It polished up well and the trim was reinstalled. A couple hours versus a couple days.
